Victor Costa Vintage

Victor Costa Vintage Born in 1935 in Texas Vicor Costa started his fashion career by selling sketches to Ceil Chapman and Oleg Cassini.

His own personal designs were first in Wedding dresses and in 1965 he joined Suzy Perette as a designer. His first job there was to travel to Paris to see which dresses were best for the fashion house to copy.

Returning to Texas in 1973 after leaving his job he decided to buy into Ann Murray and by 1974 he has managed to buy out the company renaming it in 1974.

Producing bright designs maninly for evening wear he began to make his own name in fashion, most designers would say he liked to borrow elements of other designers ideas and garments and he loves to use patterned contrasting colors in his designs.
